Wolf cooking instruments can be found not only in the kitchens of passionate home chefs, but also are, quite literally, fixtures in many of North America's finest restaurants.
Wolf is headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin. There, in a state-of-the-art facility completed in 2001, the products are hand-built and individually tested before shipment to the company's nationwide network of distributors. A family business, Wolf is headed by Jim Bakke, whose grandfather, Westye, founded the Sub-Zero Freezer Company.
