I am writing to comment on the absolute class
act of your staff at Modern Kitchens of Buffalo.
Frankly, in today's world, expertise,
professionalism, integrity and outstanding
service is in very short supply. However, your
facility is a shining example if all of these
attributes.
Starting with Dave Mascia - his knowledge,
logical concern, experience, professionalism and
always solicitous attitude inspired my husband
and I to call on him for help with our project.
We had never done a total remodel of any room
and felt a bit overwhelmed. Dave was so thorough
and patient with us. He explained every step of
the process and made us comfortable with it.
Now, let me say, yours was not the only
establishment that we checked out. Yours was
absolutely the best.
We dealt with Ann, always efficient and
pleasant lady.
Even the delivery men were knowledgeable
,respectful and careful with our cabinets and
our home. They were also very pleasant, right on
time, very efficient and thorough (made certain
we had comfortable and safe walkways to
navigate).
Truly, you have a class act in all those
involved.
When we open our cabinets, I will comment on
the design and quality. I totally expect it to
be superb. A company that takes the time and
effort to employ excellent people would most
likely be excellent in all arenas.
Today, most people just wish to complain. My
husband and myself glean much more satisfaction
by being able to write a glowing letter of
appreciation and praise. Are we serious? Yes,
the plan is to sell this house in about 3 yrs.
Then we will build new on land at Rushford.
Barring unforeseen, your company and Dave Mascia
will be our choice to do business with.
Actually, my son and daughter-in-law are
having a new home built and are seeing Dave as
indicated. My son was so impressed by Dave, that
he referred us to him and thus your company.
