In a nutshell, you have an incredible gem of an
employee! Tracey made what could have been an incredibly
stressful experience into one that was fun and
exhilarating!
Tracey’s ability to translate our (on occasion) vague
thoughts and suggestions into a functional and fabulous
kitchen design that fully captured and expressed our
vision and needs is nothing short of remarkable! The
kitchen is now done and we are beyond satisfied!! There
are no “we should a’ done it another ways” in this
kitchen!!
We were incredibly impressed with Tracey’s creativity,
patience, good humor and, importantly, his exceptional
attention to detail. He took the old adage “measure
twice, cut once” to new levels!!
Also remarkable was the fact that he anticipated – on
every occasion – the impact of any design change on
other aspects of the design. Consequently, there were no
surprises as the remodel unfolded.
